My girlfriend is pregnant, what now?

Finding out that your girlfriend is pregnant is certainly a scary and confusing time. So many questions cross your mind and fear of the unknown takes over your thoughts. Who do we call? There are so many ways to go, yet so much uncertainty in how to respond to this situation. Here are some things you should know...

Your call to us is completely confidential. We would never call any parents or family members and tell them what is going on.

We will talk with you any time. You can call 7 days a week any time of day. You will get a response from one of us. There is never any  cost for our services. 

If you would like to meet in person, we are happy to do that. You can come to us or we will come to you! 

Regarding the choice to place a child for adoption, we will carefully explain what options are available to you and how we can help. If you need help finding a doctor or even getting to doctor appointments, we can certainly help.

There will be a need for help with things like bills, maternity clothes and groceries. This is something we would talk to you and together figure out how we can best help you. 

As a couple placing a child, counseling will really be helpful. We can set that up for the two of you to do together or separately.
